Thank you for the great video!
Here in Oklahoma my dad had a garden every year and during the 70's when I was a kid i was out in the garden helping him especially on summer vacation
he usually had in his garden tomatoes, onions, squash, bell peppers, turnips, spinach, sugar beets, green beans, peas, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, cantaloupes, radishes, cauliflower and garlic depending on the planting season for them. Thanks for the memories of working in my dad's garden as a kid and a teenager have nice week.👨🌾🍅🌰 🥔👩🌾 🥕🥒🌶🧑🌾
Great video, however the mixup on pictures while talking about one breed if veggie, but showing another could confuse some people.
The thumbnail is like a pre fallout 4 advertisement.
Rubarb can be dangerous if not prepared properly!
Yes, is high in histamines, so should be eaten rarely.
that is not a problem if you cook it
@ even if you cook it, it is high certain chemicals and even if you make jam, just don't eat it every day.
Everyone cooks it 🙄
When I was a kid I ate it raw, with a little sugar.
Where can I purchase the starter plants or seeds?
Probably burpee. They have preserved all kinds of heirloom vegetables in iowa. You should be able to at least get the seeds maybe not a starter plant.
Depending on your location....
Eden Brothers
Gurney's Seed & Nursery Co.
Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds - Known for non-GMO heirloom seeds.
For starter plants, you can also check local nurseries or gardening stores
